Unit 09 Bermuda Bay Townhome on Anna Maria Island

Date of Stay Jul 1, 2016 Linda A This townhouse was very clean and there were tons of supplies in the unit - beach towels, tissues, toilet paper, trash bags, pool/beach toys, chairs, DVDs, games, books, etc. Theres a clear view of the Gulf from each bedroom and the outside dining table. Furniture was all comfortable and in good shape. Full size washer & dryer (many beach apts have the stacked ones which are very small). The kitchen was not as fancy as some of the updated units (formica countertops) but there were plenty of pots and pans and dishes and small electric appliances. Loved the coded front door lock and garage door so we did not need to carry keys with us. Very close to the beach. Owner was very quick with email replies. Great unit, would definitely rent there again!

Date of Stay Jun 13, 2017 Tamara S My family met up in Florida for the week. This location was awesome. Right across from the beach. The house was well stocked with all the comforts we needed. Beach towels, beach equipment, and even fishing rods which my father enjoyed were included. The elevator was perfect for my senior parents. Many things were in walking distance. If I had to give one con it would be the pool size. Very tiny. Otherwise we cant wait to return again. Our family left very happy.

Penny stay in July 2017 Things we liked the large screen TV was great. Two things that I always look for in a vacation rental. We loved the location. Plus the elevator came in handy unloading our luggage. Its a great townhouse, I just feel it could easily be made to be more comfortable for guest.. Weve rented a lot of vacation properties and you can tell when the owners care about their guest. We really did have a great week and we cant wait to go back to Bradenton Beach! Again, nothing interfered with us having a wonderful time!
